Can a Boudoir session really change my life?

There are plenty of reasons you shouldn’t have a makeover and photoshoot and they’re all in your own head! 

We all come up with reasons to rationalise our choices, many of which end up with us missing out on some great experiences in life. 

Now is the time to reconsider and be kind to yourself. Reward yourself for a change. You weren’t put on this earth to sacrifice everything for everybody else (especially without reward) and you deserve some recognition for doing so all these years. 

Good habits breed good vibes within us, so being kind to yourself will create good things for everybody around you. It’s not a selfish thing to treat yourself, because the benefits to everyone else when you feel great about yourself, far outweigh the initial feelings of guilt. 

-Rewarding yourself is OK, in fact it’s mandatory. 

-Enjoying some ME TIME is good for the soul...and your general health. 

Appreciating your body NO MATTER what is paramount to feeling good. It’s been there with you through the good times and the bad. You’ve been close to it all your life and you’re still going strong. It’s like an old friend you can call on to get you through...and it does, but a little TLC never goes without it’s rewards, so be a sport and show it some love. 
Recognizing that you've NEVER lost your sexy. EVER.  
Documenting your beauty & growth even if you haven't hit your milestone! Life gets in the way sometimes, pushing milestones back, but you’ll get there, don’t give up, you got this far!  

Choose to celebrate yourself for a change along the way to that milestone, whenever you get that promotion, or turning a significant milestone age like 40, 50, 60+ years old.  
Remembering to be kind to yourself, we truly are our own worst critics. Your kids, your family and your true friends love you just the way you are, so should you. 
It's okay to live a little, splurge a little, and feel drop dead gorgeous every once in a while! Do it as regularly as you want, it’s your life, LIVE IT!
